In collaboration with the United States Forest Service and private landowners, APX1 is developing an international hut-to-hut system as part of the Company’s rural recreation infrastructure initiative. 80 pre-sold professionally guided, gourmet hut-to-hut trips are available to Founder’s Circle Members. The trip price includes up to 10 guests (5:1 guide ratio) for up to 10-days. Memberships are open to individuals and organizations. Similar to Public Land and River Trip Lottery Systems, Founder’s Circle Members can pre purchase winter or summer experiences one year prior to the general public. Founder’s Circle Members will have preferred seasonal booking one year prior to the general public. Existing hut operators in Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Oregon, and Wyoming sell out annually. Due to the close proximity of Phase One to Salt Lake City, one of America's largest outdoor communities, we predict the Northern Wasatch Route will sell-out within the first week of public booking.
Unlike most hut trips, Founder’s Circle Groups will have 10 huts entirely to themselves. There will be no additional groups booked regardless of potential capacity.
Founder's Circle Trips include two exceptional guides (some of which are the best in the world) to lead their experience. Members can choose from four world-class guides for their given adventure.
Huts on Founders Circle Trips will be fully catered by leading chefs with regional gourmet food selections.

Founder's Circle Members receive lifetime priority booking (five days in advance of the general public) for the Northern Wasatch Route and all additional APX1 100 mile sections.
Founder's Circle Members will have first right of refusal on future equity rounds to fund ongoing phases, which will ultimately connect Canada to Mexico.
